We bought our very first house right after we returned home from vacation in September. We are so happy. It took a little while to get everything done but we did it and now we are home owners. It doesn't feel to different from when we were renting but at least now our money is going towards something. The house is brand new. Was built last year and we are the first occupants. It has everything that we wanted: two stall garage, partially finished basement, lots of storage, two bathrooms, and a nice deck out back. Plus we got a dishwasher, yeah! Baby Santana will I'm sure love it.
